Quick tip thursday!

Hello, Lauren here. Today I'm gonna do a QUICK TIP THURSDAY-)

Here is an easy way to multiply by 11-)

Start by taking a 2 digit number (e.g. 24) add the 2 digits up (2+4=6) and put it in between the 2&4 (264)
24*11=264

However if your numbers add up to 10+ (e.g. 5+6=11) you simply do this
You might think 56*11=5116 now...
Instead you add the first digit and the 3rd digit 5+1=6
6 then become the hundred and you're now left with 616-)

Try it for youself

63*11=?
57*11=?
45*11=?

Love ya,
Lauren
